About Solisttilbuddet Grønkærvej
Solisttilbudet Grønkærvej is a newly started autism residential facility under the well-established HabitusHuset Søren Kannes Vej. In this house we focus on creating calm and structure around our citizens so they can receive professional care and development.
We put the citizens at the center and have the fundamental assumption that all people do well if they can. Our pedagogical work is based on each citizen's functional level and development potential, where we work to create small successful experiences every day. The goal of our efforts is to reduce problematic behavior and increase the citizen's quality of life.
You will become part of a stable citizen team that specializes in the individual citizen's functional level, needs and life goals. We typically work with 2:1 staffing or 1:1 staffing around a citizen with profound developmental disorders within the autism spectrum. The staffing allows you to immerse yourself in the work around the individual citizen and work purposefully with the pedagogical strategies you have determined in collaboration with your team.
All teams follow an annual wheel containing time for professional deepening in the pedagogical effort and development plan as well as professional supervision. In addition we value team collaboration highly, and strengthen the shared "WE" at the workplace through daily overlap and joint meetings.
Apply for the position now, even if you have applied before!
We want to welcome you as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the posting will therefore be removed when the right colleague is found.
A criminal record check will be obtained in connection with the employment. Salary and terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
