Can you create a good atmosphere, explain things in a down-to-earth way and ensure that the customer drives away from here with a good experience? Then maybe you’re the one we’re looking for for the role of delivery expert at Zeekr - Bjarne Nielsen in Kolding.

When a customer has bought a car from us, the delivery is one of the most important things. This is where the deal is completed, the car is inspected, and the customer must feel safe, well assisted and ready to hit the roads. Therefore we are seeking a service-minded and structured colleague who can help ensure that our customers get a really good ending to their car purchase.

At Bjarne Nielsen in Kolding you become part of a large and modern car dealership with Zeekr, Farizon and Ford F150, and as delivery expert you will work in our Zeekr department delivering new and used cars to customers. You will have a daily life close to both customers, the sales team and preparation, where your main task is to ensure that the car and the experience align when the customer comes to collect their new car.

Your tasks will include

• Delivery of sold Zeekr models to customers
• Review of the car's features, equipment and practical details
• Ensure that the customer feels confident with the car before they drive away
• Coordinate with the sales team, preparation and other colleagues
• Ensure the car is ready and presents itself nicely at handover
• Assist with practical tasks related to the delivery
• Help create a good customer experience from start to finish

Who are you? Your background may vary. Maybe you come from the automotive industry, customer service, retail, hotel, reception or another role where you have been used to giving customers a good experience. The most important thing is that you are good with people, can explain things in a simple way and want to learn about the cars. We will of course give you the proper training.

The position is flexible regarding weekly working hours and the work is mainly during weekdays when the sales department is open, but weekend work should be expected periodically. Start as soon as possible, but we are happy to wait for the right candidate.
