As a person, we value

The most important thing for us

We are looking for not only a staff member with the right professional knowledge.

We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about people with dementia and wants to bring their professional expertise to life in everyday life.

A colleague who, together with the rest of the house, can be curious about the question

"What is the citizen trying to tell us, and what can we do differently to create more security, well-being, and quality of life?"

It is precisely in the shared reflection and in the practice-oriented learning that we believe we can make the biggest difference.
