Job responsibilities,

• Preparation of the daily dishes and monthly menus
• Plating the food, adjusting flavours and spices, ensuring consistent quality and portion sizes
• Contributing to menu planning

About our new chef,

You are a qualified chef specialising in Indian cuisine, with a focus on quality and taste, and you contribute to creating a dining experience that makes our guests want to visit us again.

You are professional and have a personality that embraces different cultures. You are welcoming and cooperative. You must focus on hygiene and ensure that our dishes maintain the high standards that our guests expect from Banana Leaf. You are well-organised and able to maintain an overview during busy periods.

You must have a focus on hygiene and our servings must meet the high standard that our guests expect of Banana Leaf. You have a good sense of order and can keep an overview when it is busy.
