At Frederikshavn Municipal Dental Care you will meet everything from small children at their first dental visit to young patients and citizens in care dentistry. We are seeking a dental hygienist for a fixed-term temporary position of 9 months. The most important for us is not how many years of experience you have, but that you want to make a difference and contribute to the community.

A bit about us

Frederikshavn Municipal Dental Care serves children and young people between 0-21 years as well as care-, special-, and social dentistry. Every day we work for more than 11,000 children and young people and several hundred citizens with special needs.

Who are you?

You are a trained dental hygienist and enjoy working with people.

We place emphasis on your desire to work with children, young people and the elderly. You are professionally engaged and can motivate patients and families to adopt good habits and prevention at home, as well as contributing positively to collaboration with colleagues.

The job

Your tasks will be agreed based on your competences, interests and the needs of the dental service. They will typically include independent dental hygienist tasks within pediatric and adolescent dentistry, preventive interventions, examinations and treatment planning together with our dentists.
