Department Manager

We are seeking a Department Manager for H&M Hørsholm. The position is permanent at 37 hours per week starting 1 November, 2026. It is a requirement that you master a Scandinavian language as well as English. We review applications on an ongoing basis, so send us your CV as soon as possible.

You will

• Lead your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that Store Operations and Best Practices are followed in your department and throughout the store.
• Take responsibility for your store's and department's strengths, analyze sales results, identify commercial opportunities, set targets and develop plans to optimize sales and profit.
• Ensure you have a good team and support their development. You work with succession planning, talent development and performance management for your team based on results, values and leadership
• Recruit, onboard and develop your team by creating an inclusive environment where collaboration, growth and innovation thrive – and where everyone feels seen and heard.
• Stay up to date on fashion trends, customer behavior and competitors to ensure that your team is always one step ahead and can deliver a relevant and inspiring shopping experience.
• Be a positive representative for yourself and the brand in all customer interactions – you create connections, inspire and make fashion accessible to everyone.
