Brand & Rescue Køge is seeking a colleague with strength in operations and development as one of our skilled colleagues has pursued new challenges.

Are you passionate about quality in education and operational development? If so, you are on the right track. The area works with operational concepts, education, technical support, fire safety inspections, cross-cutting projects and volunteers in daily operations.

We are a modern emergency service in a flat, project-driven organizational structure with independent task responsibility. As part of the position there will, depending on the candidate's qualifications, be one or more main areas of responsibility.

Brand & Redning Køge is a municipal emergency service that from 1/1-2027 will be reorganized into a §60 company under the name ”Brand & Redning Køge – Solrød – Stevns.”

About you

We imagine that you come with a maintained emergency services background, are trained as incident commander, VVUDD and preferably BTU1/BGU. In the job, it is expected that you have a flair for IT, technical systems and are a strong user of the Office suite.

The position, in addition to the primary assignment in the ordinary task set, also includes participation in the incident commander on-call duty. The area covers Køge, Solrød and Stevns municipalities in accordance with the framework of the risk-based dimensioning.

You must in the position be able to complete relevant additional education for the job, including Incident Commander, BGU 1 to 3 as well as VVUDD.

Salary and employment conditions

The position is paid according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of new pay.

Incident commander on-call pay is according to the applicable collective agreement and is based on a standby from home or another residence according to the service level.

The daily workplace will be based at Køge station, Tigervej 8 in Køge.
