Responsible for happy customers from A-Z

As a projecting building designer you are involved in both advisory and design work. You are the link between the client, authorities, suppliers and engineers to get the project successfully through the process, and you participate in customer meetings together with the construction advisor. Your day consists of talking to customers, helping them through the process and designing their dream house for them.

Your tasks are

• design and construction in Autodesk Revit
• preparation of authority drawings in permit applications to authorities
• final design in the form of trades drawings
• coordination between client, authorities, suppliers and engineers.

You will become part of a skilled and focused team at our office in Søborg who work closely together on our projects. We are a social team that places great emphasis on sparring and knowledge sharing in everyday life. Here the focus is on the technical details, and you will be allowed to follow your projects through to the end. At the same time you can be sure you will have a daily work life with professional challenges and great variation in tasks, as every task is unique based on the individual customer.

Experienced colleague with ambitions

You probably have a background as building constructor or building engineer, but you can also be an architect. It is an advantage if you also have a craft background such as bricklayer or carpenter. You preferably have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. But no requirement. We provide thorough and expert training in our workflows and processes.

Additionally we expect that you

• have experience with Revit and the Office suite
• work independently and are ready to take responsibility for design tasks
• are organized and good at planning
• are familiar with the applicable regulations in the area
• find it natural to be in close contact with customers
