We are seeking an engaged and trained pedagogue for 37 hours per week for our SFO and primary school in Ølstykke School, Maglehøj department. Appointment as soon as possible.

A daily life with both instruction and play

With us you become a key player in the children’s whole day. From when they arrive at school to when they finish in the SFO.

You will have a varied workday, taking part in teaching in the lower school and creating inspiring settings in the SFO. You will become part of a close, professional team with pedagogues and teachers, where we support each other and spar with one another. We prioritise time for preparation and team collaboration, so you always have the best conditions for your pedagogical practice.

In our SFO we work to promote the children's motivation and curiosity through a varied selection of activities. Among others:

• Movement activities in the hall
• Creative and hands-on workshops both indoors and outdoors
• Play and exploration on our large play area and in diverse natural areas that the children love to use.

We are looking for a pedagogue who can contribute to developing our offerings and creating the best possible everyday life for the children. We value that the children meet happy and present adults who engage in their play and leisure.

In our pedagogical toolkit we have, among others: Low Arousal, as a cross-disciplinary basis for a safe and conflict-downtrapping everyday life and co-teaching, where teachers and pedagogues plan and implement instruction together.

You are a trained pedagogue and passionate about the lower school and after-school area. Including that you:

• Are strong in relationships and meet the children with composure, recognition, presence and clear boundaries.
• Take responsibility for the quality of the relationship.
• Are strong at including and creating participation opportunities for all children.
• Thrive in collaboration and gladly spar with colleagues, parents and cross-disciplinary partners.
• Are curious and development-ready and have the courage to contribute with new ideas and shape our practice.

In the SFO we are passionate that children experience movement, immersion and genuine play communities.

With us you will have room to bring your own pedagogical interests into play, whether it’s ball games, creative workshops, outdoor life or something else entirely. The most important is that you take part in the play and respond to the children’s own ideas with enthusiasm.
