About the job

Do you thrive in a legal advisory role at the intersection of law and IT? Do you want a broad contact surface to a strong professional community, and do you want to help ensure compliance in connection with developing IT solutions? We are currently seeking yet another digitalization lawyer, and perhaps it is you we are looking for.

A meaningful task with legal issues in IT projects in focus

In the office SP 02 - Dividend tax processing in the Corporate Processes department we solve many different tasks – one of them is that we support the entire professional area – Corporate – with legal advice and compliance assessments of IT solutions.

As a digitalization lawyer you will be responsible for clarifying concrete legal issues in connection with the development of various IT solutions and larger IT projects, as well as providing legal advice in this regard. You will get close to the operations, where you will have the opportunity to help develop and secure business-oriented solutions within our area. Some of your tasks will be short and limited to small IT solutions, while others are longer and larger IT projects.

What unites them is that you will help ensure that concrete, effective solutions are developed that meet the business needs and comply with the law.

More concretely, your tasks will include

  • prepare administrative-law impact analyses, etc.
  • provide proactive and legal advice in connection with IT development and IT projects
  • participate in larger and smaller IT projects
  • create an overview of case types and processes in relation to system support.

We solve many of our tasks in a project-organized collaboration, and therefore it is important that you can see the benefits of this way of working and like to take responsibility for progress and the solution of tasks.

You will work closely with other lawyers, case handlers with great expertise in their area and also more technical IT developers. You do not need to know everything about tax law content, but you must be good at seeking relevant knowledge, sorting through it and translating it into legal descriptions of whether the IT solutions are legally compliant.

Outgoing and collaborative legal profile

We envision that you hold a cand.jur., cand.merc.(jur.) or equivalent. You can be newly graduated or have a couple of years of experience. You will be one of two digitalization lawyers, so there will always be a colleague to spar with, just as the rest of the office is happy to help each other. If you are newly graduated, we support you in the projects so you get a grip on our way of working through sparring, and if you are experienced, you will from the start have the opportunity to advise independently in the projects and bring your expertise into play.

Whether you are newly graduated or experienced, you will receive an offer of upskilling and professional sparring and participation in a fixed network on digital governance in the Danish Tax Agency for legal advisors in digital development projects.

In addition, we emphasize that you

  • are comfortable in administrative law or are curious to dive deeper into it
  • have an analytical and curious approach to your tasks and are ready to think in terms of solutions
  • are able to provide concrete, business-oriented advice – and at the same time communicate positively and constructively
  • possess natural assertiveness and can convey both the legal framework and boundaries for the project – while you, together with the project, proactively contribute to ensuring progress
  • are motivated by collaboration and are naturally outgoing
  • are thorough in your legal method.
