Digitalisation consultant who is passionate about municipal digitalisation and AI

We are looking for you who are passionate about Digitalisierung, see potential in digital solutions and thrive in a varied daily life where you both deliver results and develop your own competencies.

Your portfolio of tasks will span widely and develop in line with the organisation's needs. You will have the opportunity to work with both strategic, practical and cross-cutting digitisation efforts, e.g. support for procurement, implementation of new systems, workflow analyses, workshops and dialogue with the professional areas. It is important that you want to strengthen the link between IT and Digitalisation and the rest of the organisation through the initiatives we drive.

We currently have a strong focus on AI and the possibilities the technology offers the municipal administration. The municipality has just adopted an AI strategy, and we are in the process of implementing common AI solutions and supporting the work of AI in the professional areas. At the same time, we are working on the implementation of the AI Regulation in close collaboration between the digitalisation consultants and our GDPR team.

In addition to the internal solutions in Halsnæs Municipality, you will also work with the shared public solutions from KOMBIT such as Citizen Insight, which also takes place in close collaboration with the rest of IT and Digitalisation and the professional areas

Your competencies and your approach

You are a strong communicator both orally and in writing and can handle several projects and tasks in a daily life that is exciting, varied and not always predictable.

You have an organizational mindset and understand how digital solutions affect tasks, collaboration and workflows. At the same time you dare to ask curious and critical questions about wishes, needs and solutions.

We also place emphasis on your ability to recognize yourself in several of the following points:

• You have an interest in organizational development, change management and process optimization.
• You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and communicate clearly – also about complex or technical topics.
• You can document processes and prepare guides, presentations and other material.
• You work methodically, maintain an overview and seek sparring when relevant.
• You have drive and contribute positively to an informal, loyal and diverse department.

What you will be part of

You will be part of the digitisation team in a well-functioning IT and Digitisation department in the Corporate Secretariat, where IT, information security, digitisation and GDPR work closely together on common solutions and initiatives.

The department consists of 16 employees and a hands-on leader, and we look forward to warmly welcoming a new colleague.

Further information

You report to the head of IT and Digitisation, Dorthe Runge-Dalager.

Salary and terms of employment are set according to the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function supplements can be agreed. The expected total salary is in the range of DKK 40,000 – 47,000 per month excluding pension, depending on experience, competencies, education and the collective agreement

The first interview will be held on 28 October, and the second interview on 6 November. A case may be part of the second interview.
