We are looking for you who are passionate about digitalisation, see potential in digital solutions and thrive in a varied everyday life where you both deliver results and develop your own competencies.

Your portfolio of tasks will span broadly and develop in line with the organisation's needs. You will have the opportunity to work with both strategic, practical and cross-cutting digitalisation initiatives, e.g., supporting procurement, implementing new systems, workflow analyses, workshops and dialogue with the professional areas. It is important that you want to strengthen the connection between IT and Digitalisation and the rest of the organisation through the initiatives we drive.

We currently have a strong focus on AI and the possibilities the technology provides for the municipal administration. The municipality has just adopted an AI strategy, and we are in the process of implementing common AI solutions and supporting the departments' work with AI. At the same time we are working on the implementation of the AI Regulation in close collaboration between the digitalisation consultants and our GDPR team.

In addition to the internal solutions in Halsnæs Municipality you will also work with the shared public solutions from KOMBIT such as Borgerblikket, this also happens in close collaboration with the rest of IT and Digitalisation and the departments.

Your competencies and your approach

You are a strong communicator both orally and in writing and can handle several projects and tasks in a daily life that is exciting, varied and not always predictable.

You have an organisational mindset and understand how digital solutions affect tasks, collaboration and workflows. At the same time you dare to ask curious and critical questions about wishes, needs and solutions.

We also place emphasis on you recognizing yourself in several of the following points

• You have an interest in organisational development, change management and process optimisation.
• You thrive with cross-departmental collaboration and communicate clearly – also about complex or technical topics.
• You can document processes and prepare guidelines, presentations and other material.
• You work methodically, maintain an overview and seek sparring when relevant.
• You have initiative and contribute positively to an informal, loyal and diverse department.

What you will be part of

You will become part of the digitalisation team in a well-functioning IT and digitalisation department in the Corporate Secretariat, where IT, information security, digitalisation and GDPR work closely together on common solutions and initiatives.

Further information

You report to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, Dorthe Runge-Dalager.

Salary and tenure terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualifications and functional supplements may be agreed. The expected total salary is in the range of DKK 40,000 – 47,000 per month excluding pension, depending on experience, competencies, education and the collective agreement.

The application deadline is Monday, October 20 at 15.00.

The first interview will be held on October 28, and the second interview on November 6. A case may be part of the second interview.
