As our new director you will play a central role in the continued development of the company and become a visible part of the daily operations.

About the job

As director you will have the overall responsibility for the company’s operations and development. You will work closely with employees, customers, suppliers and other partners.

We are looking for a director who knows the construction industry and understands in-house production. You should be able to move naturally between practical work on the construction site and the more strategic and administrative tasks in the office.

You do not need to be able to do everything yourself, but you must have an understanding of the business, be able to make decisions and be close to both projects and employees.

Your main tasks will include

• Overall responsibility for the company’s daily operations
• Leadership and development of employees
• Follow-up on ongoing and upcoming projects
• Customer contact and relationship building
• Prospecting work and development of new business opportunities
• Ensuring financial and commercial development
• Collaboration with the board on the continued development of the company
• Reporting to the board – where you will receive the necessary sparring and support

• Have experience with in-house production and an understanding of the practical part of construction
