About me

I am a 38-year-old woman living in Jylling. I have a physical disability and use a wheelchair, but lead an active and outgoing daily life filled with joy and good laughs. I love spending time with family and friends, going on trips and keeping to my many commitments outside the home. At the same time, I appreciate routine in everyday life and a home filled with calm.

My caregivers mean a lot to me – we have a friendly and respectful relationship where we can talk, laugh and work together.

About the job

As my helper you will become an important part of my everyday life. The tasks are varied and include:

• Personal care : Help with bathing, dressing, toilet visits and similar.
• Practical help : Cleaning, shopping, and keeping the home cozy and inviting. (There are animals in the home)
• Social contact : A good chat over a cup of coffee, watching films, listening to music or taking short trips together.
• Accompaniment : Being with me when I have appointments, going shopping, to a cafe or on trips in nature.

The most important is that we have good chemistry. Experience as a helper is not necessary – you will receive thorough training with me. I hope that you:

Working hours

You will become part of a small, fixed team of helpers, where we cover all days of the week together. There is the possibility for either 8 or 16 hour shifts in the time window 7:00-23:00. Occasionally there is a need to help cover an overnight sleeping shift.

We plan well in advance and consider each other, so there is room for both work and leisure. You work closely with me, one-on-one, which creates a safe and personal working day.
