Job Description & Summary

Do you thrive on creating success together with others? As an employer branding intern you get a unique opportunity to bridge students and PwC. You also gain practical experience from an HR department, where you become part of a community where we brainstorm and share ideas.

The day-to-day as an employer branding intern in PwC’s Human Capital department

You will be part of our Talent Attraction team, which on a day-to-day basis works with attraction and recruitment, including employer branding. We are nine engaged colleagues who work closely together and have an informal, inclusive culture with room for both professional sparring and laughter in daily life.

The role as an intern gives you a broad contact across the organization, where you collaborate with colleagues across PwC as well as external partners. You will therefore gain a strong network and valuable insight into how we work strategically with talent attraction.

Your daily tasks in the Talent Attraction team

Your tasks will primarily involve planning, developing, hosting and evaluating employer branding events. You will be involved in the entire process behind an event - from the first planning meeting to the sense of achievement after a successful event. On a daily basis:

  • Do you assist your colleagues in connection with employer branding events, which may include; packing materials, booking venues, arranging transport and catering, ensuring that the stock is up-to-date and updating our internal ledgers.
  • Are you in dialogue with relevant stakeholders - both colleagues at PwC and external partners.
  • Do you ensure setup, preparation and cleanup of venues where PwC holds events, and are you also present at fairs at the various educational institutions.
  • Do you also assist the Talent Attraction team with ad hoc tasks within recruitment.

Your development is important to us, and you participate on an equal footing with the rest of the department. Therefore you will work with your own Career Coach, who sets personal and professional goals for your internship with PwC together with you. This supports that you develop as much as possible during your internship with PwC.

Do you have a knack for PowerPoint or Google Slides?

We are looking for someone who is pursuing a higher education and would like to get “hands-on” experience in an internship with us. We are open to interns from different educational backgrounds, provided you:

  • Value a varied daily life where flexibility and collaboration are keywords
  • Are responsible and service-minded (we work with many stakeholders)
  • Have a strong attention to detail, and think in terms of overview, structures and processes
  • Have knowledge of the Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint

As an intern you work roughly 30 hours per week, and of course we will adjust in relation to your studies. The internship is unpaid, but we guarantee that you gain a lot of experience in your backpack.

Grow here. Go further.

As part of PwC you are both part of a market success and a place that is pleasant to be. It is in the interaction between the two that trust arises, you learn new things and develop. Together with your colleagues you help to create innovative solutions for business and the society we all are part of.

Do you want to be part of our strong community?

Send your application, CV and transcripts (bachelor and possibly provisional master's) via the link. Note that all documents must be uploaded in the same place. If you are curious about the job or have any questions, you are very welcome to contact Helena Holmberg Fjord at [email protected] or Céline Clara Schneevoigt at [email protected].

Application deadline: We screen and interview on an ongoing basis and remove the posting when we have hired our new colleague. So apply today rather than tomorrow!

Start date: January 2027

We look forward to hearing from you!
