Rosenholm is a 24/7 social-pedagogical offering in Herning Municipality. Here live 48 adults with developmental disabilities and various diagnoses and life conditions, distributed across five 24-hour units. In addition Rosenholm also contains day services and respite care.

We work with citizens who need close support and contact through all waking hours.

Our everyday life is characterized by structure, predictability and high professional quality, where we arrange individual daily programs and work based on common method descriptions.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is educated as a pedagogue, occupational therapist, SSA and wants to work with adults with significant functional impairments. Experience with the target group is an advantage – but engagement and curiosity are just as important.
• Sees the value in strong interdisciplinary collaboration and contributes positively to the community.
• Works professionally, loyally and takes responsibility for both citizens and colleagues.
• Can remain calm and offer a stable nervous system, even when citizens react with outwardly aggressive or challenging behavior.
• Desires to work in a structured setting and thrives with clear frameworks and shared methods – with us we believe that consistent practice creates the greatest security for the citizens.
• Prioritizes documentation as an important part of the pedagogical effort. We work in Cura Social.
• Is prepared to work in a 24-hour facility with rotating hours, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Employment

The position is a permanent role of 30-37 hours per week and desired to be filled as soon as possible.

You will participate in rotating shifts from 7:00 to 22:30 with work every 3rd weekend – or every 2nd weekend, if desired. We can offer 12-hour shifts.
