Perhaps you are the one we are looking for, our new care home nurse at Solgården and Østerbo Syd .

We are seeking a nurse who wants to be close to residents, use their professional skills and help create security, quality and a good everyday life. The position is 30 hours per week with the possibility of full-time by agreement and is intended to be filled by 1 December 2026 or as agreed .

The working hours are distributed over the weekdays.

Two houses – same focus on presence and professionalism

Solgården is a nursing home with 43 residents spread across 5 living units with 8-9 residents each. We will expand on 1 January 2027 with another department with 4 temporary accommodation places.

Østerbo Syd in Nr. Nissum is the municipality's smallest nursing home with 9 residents.

At both nursing homes we work with living and living environments where closeness, security, social interaction and influence are an important part of everyday life. The small living units provide a special opportunity to get close to the residents, their relatives and create a safe and homely everyday life.

You will be part of a close interdisciplinary collaboration with our current care-home nurse, social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers as well as pupils and students.

Your professionalism makes a difference

As a care-home nurse you will have a varied everyday life with the opportunity to use and develop your professional skills.

Your tasks will include

• professional sparring and guidance for colleagues
• contacts with doctors and coordination of residents' pathways
• record-keeping and documentation – knowledge of Nexus is an advantage
• terminal and palliative care
• medication administration
• collaboration with residents and relatives

We aim to receive nursing students in due course, and therefore there will be an opportunity to act as a clinical supervisor if you wish for this task.

Salary

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. The starting salary for a full-time employee is 30,918 DKK + pension. In addition, a qualifications salary is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.
