Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the current collective agreement. Final salary negotiation takes place after negotiation with the eligible trade union on the basis of qualifications.

About us

Højvangskolen is located in Stavtrup, a well-functioning and expanding local area in the southern part of Aarhus. The school is growing and currently has just over 800 students, 380 children in after-school care and about 90 staff. The school receives multilingual students from other school districts and has 12% multilingual students. We have an engaged parent base and good cooperation with local institutions and associations and with volunteer school mentors and uncles.
