The residential care home Ellemosevej 28A, 8370 Hadsten, is seeking a staff member for 37 hours per week. If you prefer a lower number of hours, we can also arrange a solution for that.

Ellemosevej 28A is a dynamic and lively residential care home with space for 24 residents distributed across three groups. The target group is adults with reduced mental and physical functioning to varying degrees who need support and help based on an individual pedagogical approach.

Some residents are almost self-sufficient in relation to personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and eating, while others need help with most practical and personal tasks. Therefore transfers and personal care are also a part of the job.

You will primarily be assigned to our Stuen department, where seven adult residents live. Here you will encounter a broad and exciting range of pedagogical tasks. We work, among other things, with residents for whom a low arousal approach is central, and with residents who have developed dementia.

At Ellemosevej 28A we offer a special pedagogical approach based on the individual resident's needs and level of support. We work among other things with LA2u and based on the idea As much as possible in one's own life .

As a new employee, you will be part of an experienced and engaged staff group, where professionalism, collaboration and shared responsibility for the residents' well-being are highly valued.

Working hours cover all days of the week in day and evening shifts between 7:00 and 23:00. We are a 24/7 facility, so you should therefore expect to work every third weekend. Christmas, New Year, holidays and summer vacation are planned separately. Your professional profile

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiations with the bargaining-empowered professional organization based on your qualifications.
