About the job

Are you passionate about high professional quality, developing employees, and a home care where the citizen's needs are at the center? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as Quality Responsible Coordinator at Carelink Pleje in Esbjerg .

We are looking for a registered nurse or social and health care assistant for a full-time position, where you will take a central role in the professional development of our home care.

As the quality responsible coordinator, your main task will be to ensure high professional quality and to develop the competencies of the staff. At the same time, you will be a close sparring partner and the operational right-hand person for the department management – without having formal personnel responsibility.

You will thereby have a role where professionalism, practice and operations meet , and where you have the opportunity to influence how Carelink Pleje develops and delivers holistic care in Esbjerg.

Your role

You must be visible and close to both staff and citizens. You will also go out into practice and conduct, among other things, professional assessments, dialogue and follow-up visits and contribute to complex citizen cases.

At the same time, you will have an important role in training, onboarding and ongoing competency development of the staff. You should be the professional sparring partner that employees naturally turn to, and who can both guide, set requirements for professionalism and follow up.

Your tasks

You will among other things

  • develop the staff's professional competencies through training, onboarding, sparring and guidance
  • conduct professional assessments, dialogue and follow-up visits and contribute to complex citizen cases
  • work systematically with quality assurance and follow-up on the health-related efforts and documentation
  • support the department management in daily operations and coordination
  • work closely with citizens, relatives, staff, therapists, Esbjerg Municipality and other partners
  • actively contribute to the development and implementation of holistic care in Carelink Pleje Esbjerg.

We are looking for someone who

You are a registered nurse or social and health care assistant and are motivated to develop both the professionalism and the people you work with.

You are visible, proactive and action-oriented and have the professional influence needed to both support the staff and set quality requirements. At the same time you work in a structured manner, take responsibility and thrive being close to daily operations.

It is an advantage if you have experience with shift scheduling, route planning or other planning from home care . Knowledge of Cura and Cura Plan is also advantageous but not required.

We offer

At Carelink Pleje you have a great opportunity to put your own mark on the role and on the professional development of our home care in Esbjerg. We have short decision paths, and you will work closely with the department management.

You will also become part of a professional community and have the opportunity for ongoing sparring and knowledge sharing with colleagues in similar roles across Carelink Pleje.

The position has no formal managerial responsibility, but for the right person there is an opportunity to grow with the role, take more responsibility and, in time, develop towards management if the ambitions and competencies are there.

Do you want to join?

At Carelink Pleje we believe that good holistic care is created close to the citizen and through strong professionalism and good interdisciplinary collaboration.

If you would like to combine your health expertise with development, quality and coordination – and at the same time help shape holistic care in Esbjerg – we look forward to hearing from you.
