Are you passionate about translating ethics and professionalism into innovative pedagogical initiatives? And would you like to be part of a team where we constantly challenge and renew our own practice? Then you might be our new colleague in team 5.

The position is 30 hours with rotating day and evening shifts and work every other weekend according to a 4-week plan.

About us: A laboratory for good ideas and high professionalism

Bengerds Huse is a residential facility for adults with reduced functional ability. In Ringsted Municipality, the citizen is the main focus. That means we do not lock ourselves into old patterns, but continuously adjust our efforts so that they match each citizen's needs.

We base our practice on three core elements: relational work, documentation and practical work . We are an interdisciplinary and diverse staff group that values a creative, dynamic and safe working environment. We take responsibility for each other and dare to think outside the box to create the best framework for the citizens.

New thinking and professional methods in play

With us professional methods such as ICDP, VUM 2.0 and FSIII are not just systems – they are active tools for development. We place high value on training all employees in ICDP to ensure a strong, shared pedagogical language.

We offer ongoing courses in neuro-pedagogy, Low arousal 2.0, and FSIII.

Challenge the care and nursing culture: We see personal care and nursing as a natural part of everyday life, but we always look for ways to make the citizens more self-reliant and autonomous through innovative methods. Cultivate ethical reflection: We continuously discuss ethical dilemmas at our team meetings to ensure that our practice continually develops and remains up-to-date.

You are a trained pedagogue, and you recognize yourself in the following

You think in solutions and new initiatives: You can spot where there is potential to optimize citizens' well-being and translate it into concrete actions. You are an active sparring partner: You reflect on both your own and others' practice, and you are able to give and receive constructive feedback. You create calm in change: You can maintain and ensure structure and predictability for the citizens (ages 25-54), while bringing a dynamic and ever-changing daily life into play.
