KC Denmark A/S is seeking an International Sales Representative

Are you a recent graduate – or at the start of your career – and would you like to work with international sales?

You don't need to know a lot about limnology, oceanography or hydrobiology. We'll teach you.

On the other hand, we envision that you enjoy sales, international trade and contact with people from all over the world. You will receive a thorough introduction to our products and become part of an international sales team where you quickly take on responsibility and have opportunities to develop.

About the job

KC Denmark A/S is one of the world’s few specialists in deep-sea equipment as well as equipment for environmental and pollution studies for use in the sea. We trade with researchers, universities and authorities in around 150 countries.

We are seeking a new colleague for our sales team who would like to learn about international project sales and help develop our business in the international market.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Contact with customers, universities, researchers, authorities and resellers worldwide
• Preparation and follow-up on offers and orders
• Coordination of orders from the initial contact to delivery
• Follow-up on deliveries and aftersales
• Collaboration with colleagues across the company

You will report to our CSO and become part of a team where there is room to ask questions, learn new things and gradually take on more responsibility.

We imagine that you…

• Are a recent graduate or have a couple of years of experience – e.g., in finance or international trade
• Would like to work with sales and international customers
• Are curious and eager to learn an industry and some products you may not be familiar with
• Speak and write Danish and English at negotiating level
• Have a flair for IT and are comfortable with the Office suite
• Work in a structured way and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Live within driving distance of Silkeborg, where the company is located
