Dybbøl-Skolen is looking for an educator

Dybbøl-Skolen is seeking, from December 1, 2026, a committed and relationship-oriented educator for a permanent position of 32 hours per week.

The position is a combined role between the school and the after-school program (SFO), and we therefore are looking for a qualified educator who thrives on being an active part of both the teaching part and the after-school pedagogy.

You will join the staffing of the school's SFO every afternoon, and therefore the working hours will be located in both school and SFO time. This means that on some days you should expect to work until 16:45.

About Dybbøl-Skolen

We are Sonderborg’s largest school with approximately 735 students, 64 teachers and 16 educators. The school is 3-4-division and is divided into three departments: early years/SFO/Club, middle school and high school, each with its own department head. Salary and employment

• Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
• Start date: December 1, 2026
