Dybbøl-Skolen is looking for an educator

Dybbøl-Skolen seeks, as of December 1, 2026, an engaged and relationship‑oriented pedagogue for a permanent position of 32 hours per week.

The position is a combination role between the school and SFO, and we are therefore looking for a trained pedagogue who thrives being an active part of both the teaching part and the after‑school activities pedagogy.

You will be part of the staffing in the school’s SFO every afternoon, and the working hours will therefore be placed in both school and SFO time. This means that on some days you should expect to work until 16:45.

About Dybbøl-Skolen

We are Sønderborg’s largest school with about 735 pupils, 64 teachers and 16 pedagogues. The school is 3- to 4‑track and divided into three departments: primary/after‑school care/Club, middle years and upper primary, each with its own department head. Salary and employment

• Salary and employment follow the applicable collective agreement.
• Start date: December 1, 2026
• A child and criminal background check will be obtained in accordance with the municipality’s policy on children and young people.
