About the job
Are you passionate about developing teaching in close collaboration with colleagues?
Are you focused on creating an exciting and meaningful day for all students - then it is you we are looking for.
As one of our skilled employees goes on maternity leave and another has taken a new job, we are seeking a teacher who is focused on creating the best possible framework for children's learning, development and well-being through close collaboration with skilled colleagues at.
At Dybkærskolen we are ambitious on behalf of the community and the individual – both personally, academically and socially. We work with project-based learning as the pedagogical and didactic foundation for teaching, so in addition to being passionate about your subjects, you must also be open and curious about being able to cover several subject areas.
Position
You will be attached to 2 . year group, where you are passionate about Danish, mathematics and English but also open to contributing with, for example, other subjects – and we would be delighted if you can do some music. The appointment is full-time.
Dybkærskolen is a two- to four-track school in growth with about 700 lovely pupils from 0th to 9th grade and an attractive after-school offering for pupils from 0 to 6th grade. Our student group is diverse and represents a broad cross-section of Danish society. We see diversity as a great strength, which is supported by an active and positive parent body and school board.
Dybkærskolen is located in the northeast corner of Silkeborg in the Gødvad area, an active local area with many sports and leisure opportunities. We are the upper-secondary offer for students from Grauballe and Gødvad schools and therefore have a close collaboration with these schools.
We moved into our brand-new school a year ago, where project-based learning constitutes our pedagogical and didactic stance. It is a prerequisite that you can see yourself in the journey we have started. You do not need to have experience, but you must have energy, courage and a desire to contribute to this process together with students, parents, colleagues and management.
We are 90 staff in the school, SFO and club, and we work organizationally from the idea of a departmentally divided school, where you work closely in year group teams.
