We are looking for an earth and concrete worker for casting in Broager.

You will land in a specialized concrete company, where tasks range from foundations to custom cast solutions. The customers are primarily contractors, construction companies, industry and public projects, so the work requires that agreements and sequencing are kept. The team is small, and you will be a visible part of the site rather than just a name on the plan. The sites are around Broager and surrounding areas, and you must be able to show up reliably and get involved.

The special thing about the role is that the concrete work is not only standard pouring. There is both earth, excavation and pouring, and you will have a daily life where you have to think along when a task changes. The company car is part of the package, and a driving license is a requirement.

Your everyday

The day starts by getting the sequence on the site in order. You work with concrete and earthwork, where preparation, placing and pouring must hang together properly. When something changes along the way, you speak up and get it coordinated before the next step.

You will among other things work with

• Working with concrete and pouring on site
• Preparing and performing concrete work for foundations
• Assisting with earth and excavation work
• Taking part in subfloors, floors and stairs when the task requires it
• Working with special cast solutions

Here things have to be said straight when something doesn’t add up. It suits you who would rather have clear agreements on site than guesswork and half-solutions.

You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience with earth and concrete work
• Have a driving license
• Can work safely with concrete and earthwork
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It helps if you have experience with special foundations, ground floors or in-situ casting. But the most important thing is that you can get involved and deliver proper work.
