We are looking for an earthworks and concrete worker for concrete and excavation work in Næstved.

You land at a larger civil engineering contractor, where the work is about creating strong foundations under construction, utilities and infrastructure. Concrete and earthworks fill the everyday, and the sites are around Næstved and the surrounding area. It is the type of work where things must be done in the right order so the next trades can come in. You will become part of a larger setup with machines, colleagues and projects enough to ensure everyday life isn’t too narrow.

The role suits you who want to get involved and see something physically built from the ground up. You will get a company car included, orderly conditions and a workday with concrete, earth and excavation as the fixed focal point. Here, it’s more important that you show up reliably and deliver something proper than that you can write a fancy application.

What you get Salary: 180-200 DKK per hour

Everyday: Concrete, earthworks and construction sites

Your everyday On the site, the day is about getting the concrete work, the earthwork and the preparation to play in the right order. You take hold where the task requires it, and you speak up if something doesn’t add up. When plans change, you must keep a cool head and carry on with the work without hassle.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Carrying out concrete work on the construction site
• Assisting with earthworks and excavation
• Casting foundations and bases
• Working with reinforcement and rebar
• Leveling and adjusting terrain

Deals must hold, and the next trade must be able to come in. Therefore we are looking for someone who can take responsibility for their part of the work and not deliver something half-done.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes We don’t expect that you have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Preferably have at least 2 years of experience from concrete, earth or excavation work
• Show up reliably and keep your appointments
• Can take part physically and work safely on the site
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have done concrete work on construction sites before. But the most important is that you are stable, hardworking and enjoy a daily routine where the work is visible.
