You land in a small civil works company, where soil, excavation and environmental tasks fill the everyday. The tasks are mainly with private landowners and on housing-adjacent sites, where things should be done properly and neatly. Some days you work independently, other days with a partner or team, depending on the task. Here it matters that the customer knows what happens, and that agreements are kept.

You must be able to roll up your sleeves, think carefully, and speak up if something doesn’t add up in the soil or the agreement. There are both solo tasks and days when you lift as a group. The culture is simple: it should be fun to go to work, but the work must still be delivered properly.

Everyday: Earthwork, excavation and environmental tasks

Your everyday Tasks are planned according to the site, so the order can change when the soil, access conditions or advisers require it. You work practically with soil and excavation and report in if something should be adjusted before the next step can continue.

You will among other things work with

• Working with soil and excavation on housing-adjacent tasks
• Performs excavation and earth movement
• Plans and levels terrain
• Builds subbase and compacts as needed
• Assists with soil handling on environmental tasks

When something turns out differently than expected, it’s about speaking up in time so the customer isn’t left hanging. It’s craftsmanship with soil under the boots and room to use your head.

We’re looking for you who can check off most You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.
