Your daily life The day revolves around making the earthwork run smoothly so that the next trades can move forward. You will get control of the day's excavation task, the sequence on the site, and you will say if something doesn’t add up.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Carrying out earth and excavation work on construction sites
• Grading and leveling terrain
• Pouring foundations and plinths
• Reinforcing with rebar and working with iron
• Handling concrete work on the construction site

There is room to work properly, but you must also be able to take responsibility when the pace on the site requires it. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the expectation is simple: show up steadily, complete your work, and speak properly with people.

We are looking for someone who can check off most You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have at least 3 years of experience with earth, concrete, or contracting work
