Earth and concrete workers for sewer and drainage in Roskilde

We are looking for a ground- and concrete worker for construction and sewer works in Roskilde.

You will join a larger construction team, where the work ranges from residential areas to commercial spaces. The tasks are located around Roskilde, and you typically work either with a partner or in a crew. The company works broadly with concrete, paving and foundations, so there is solid understanding of the materials involved.

The specialty of the role is the mix of excavation work, drainage and concrete. You get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but you are not left alone with things. Social events are also held during the year, so relationships aren’t built only in mud and noise.

Your everyday At the site you agree the sequence with your partner or crew before you start. The day can shift between excavation, concrete work and preparation for drainage, so you must be able to think practically along the way.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working with concrete on the sites
• Carrying out earthworks and digging
• Constructing sewer, drainage and rainwater solutions
• Working with road, paving and reinstatement

It is a setup where the effort is tangible, because there is profit sharing and bonus schemes. When something isn’t right on site, you speak up in time and solve it with the team.

We’re looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a ground- and concrete worker
• Have a driving license
• Can work in a crew and with a partner
• Can tackle earth, concrete, sewer and paving
• Are stable and show up as agreed
