About the job

At the Institute for Lifelong Learning at Copenhagen University College of Engineering (KP) we are seeking a consultant to help support and develop the Diploma in Leadership and our other activities, including the top executive program KIOL. We are looking for you who thrives with responsibility and collaboration – and who is motivated by making things work in practice.

About the job

With us you will become an important part of an experienced team, where we help each other and lift together. You will have a workday that includes both structure, relationships and operations.

You will be responsible for

  • Being the link that makes collaborations function between teachers, study administration, controller and customers
  • Contributing to our education programs running smoothly and professionally
  • Being the contact person at KP’s digital learning environment with a flair for IT and systems thinking
  • Working with project coordination between the involved parties
  • Working with recognition of prior learning and credits
  • Participating in cross-cutting initiatives where we develop new activities and offerings

There is room here for both those who enjoy creating order and overview – and for those who also want to bring their experience into development tasks.

About you

We imagine that you

  • Have an academic education, preferably with a focus on education and learning, but this is not a requirement
  • Have several years of experience with planning, coordination and project management – preferably from a larger organization or continuing and further education sector
  • Have a good organizational understanding
  • Are strong in relationships and thrive with cross-functional collaboration
  • Work independently, structured and with calmness in complex tasks
  • Have a flair for IT and administrative systems
  • Are keen to actively use your experience – both in operations and development

Perhaps you also have experience with course development and implementation – but the most important for us is your experience, your overview and your way of approaching tasks and people.

Why you should choose us

With us you get

  • A meaningful job – where you help develop leaders in the public sector
  • A professionally strong and welcoming environment with experienced colleagues
  • A day-to-day life with variety, responsibility and good collegial collaboration
  • Great flexibility, including home office and the ability to independently plan and carry out your tasks

Salary and employment terms

You will be employed as a consultant with start as soon as possible or on January 1, 2027. Working hours are 37 hours per week.

Employment is in accordance with the Danish Civil Service Agreement for academics. There will be an opportunity to negotiate qualification allowances.

The workplace is located at Tagensvej 18, 2200 Copenhagen N.
