About the job

Do you want to use your professional expertise to create safety and development opportunities for children and young people? At MerVib we are seeking both staff for the daily work at our children's and youth homes in Herrestrup and Grevinge and a nurse for health care quality, medication management and teaching.

Our approach

A child or a young person comes with experiences, interests and hope – and often with others' stories that over time may have become fixed truths about who they are.

At MerVib we are curious about the child’s own experience: What is important? What works? And what might we adults have overlooked?

At our four children and youth homes we work so that children and young people experience safety, belonging and influence over their own lives. Our narrative approach shapes how we talk with and about the children. We examine our own assumptions and together with the child identify skills, initiatives and hope. The child’s perspective helps shape our support.
