We have welcomed quite a few new wonderful children at Kirkebakkeskolen, and therefore we are seeking a qualified pedagogue who is passionate about developing children's potential and talents, and who would like to be part of the skilled team at Kirkebakkeskolen. It is a permanent full-time position of 37 hours and we expect that you are passionate about applying your pedagogical expertise in both school and after-school care (SFO).

About the job

As of December 1, we are seeking a pedagogue who will be part of a highly attractive school and SFO. You will work with teams to tackle the common task.

You should actively work from a positive and acknowledging view of children, where we offer all children participation opportunities into the communities at Kirkebakkeskolen.

You should be comfortable entering an equal partnership with other pedagogues and teacher colleagues, where you dare to ask the difficult questions and at the same time make each other even better than we are.

And you should be passionate about both the after-school and school parts, where you meet the children in different arenas and follow them throughout their day at Kirkebakkeskolen.

We think our pedagogues are incredibly important for our children, and we do what we can to support them in their work.

We offer you

Kirkebakkeskolen is a divisioned school with a total of about 780 students and about 80 pedagogical staff. We participate in self-managed teams and here responsibility and competencies are delegated as widely as possible. We have a good and meaningful collaboration with the school's teachers and we often assemble small teams across disciplines and competencies when needed.

All pedagogical staff at Kirkebakkeskolen are offered a Mac computer or PC and have access to fixed individual preparation facilities and as a new employee you will be assigned a mentor who, depending on experience, helps with both the practical and the pedagogical.

Our SFO has about 300 registered children who use the SFO offering diligently. We place high importance on you wanting to contribute with your skills to create exciting activities for our children. We strive to have a wide range of activities so that all children experience a good and inspiring afternoon.

We have a well-functioning staff association, where initiatives are often taken for various social events. And in our canteen every day there is delicious homemade food made from scratch that both students and staff can buy at good prices.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment will be according to the collective agreement and local pay. It is a permanent full-time position with start date 1 December 2026.

Information about starting salary

Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for pedagogues at day nurseries, after-school programs, clubs etc., sections 4-9. The expected starting monthly salary for full-time, excluding pension, is 34,424 DKK / within the range 34,424 to 39,370 DKK. It should be noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
