We are seeking an educator for a permanent position of 37 hours per week, starting 1 December 2026.

You will be employed at Ventemøllegården with current placement at Bjørnene – a kindergarten room with children aged 3-5 years.

In Bjørnene you will be part of a room with familiar and engaged adults, where we focus on the children's wellbeing, relationships, play and participation in the community. We are looking for an educator who wants to actively use their professional skills and help develop our shared pedagogical practice.

About Ventemøllegården

Ventemøllegården is an integrated day care institution with both a nursery and a kindergarten.

We work based on Marte Meo, a mentalizing approach and the strengthened pedagogical curriculum. Together we develop a shared pedagogical practice where all children experience participation, presence and strong communities.

You will become part of a professional work community where we develop the pedagogical practice through sparring, reflection and collaboration.

Our opening hours are 6:00-17:30, and there are evening meetings as well as a few pedagogical Saturdays during the year.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
