About Alpha

Alpha Nørre Nebel is a specialized social-pedagogical offering for youths and adults aged 10–35. We offer holistic 1:1 programs for individuals with complex psychological and social challenges. The target group includes, among other things, attachment disorders and neglect, ADHD and anxiety, substance abuse, at-risk of crime, as well as reduced social and cognitive skills.

The environment is small, sheltered and structured, and our clients benefit from predictability, clear boundaries and safe relationships. We work with empowerment, structured pedagogy, social skills training and HAP.

Structure pedagogy is central in the work. Therefore it is important that you can work within the shared structure while adapting your support to the young person’s current needs. You must be able to stay calm in pressurized situations, communicate briefly and clearly, set respectful boundaries, and collaborate closely with your colleagues on a common pedagogical approach.
