Valhalla is a day-to-day service in development and we are looking for you, who is professionally engaged and who can help us ask curious and wondering questions that make us all reflect on our everyday life together with the children.

• A close collaboration with two colleagues about a larger group of children, and to be the primary educator for a smaller group.

• Collaboration and sparring with PPR, development educator and management about a child and a group’s development and well-being, as well as your own practice.

• Is reflective and dares to examine one’s own practice and what you bring into interaction with the children
• Sees the value of play, children’s perspectives and participation
• Wants to create inclusive communities for all children
