About the job
Would you like to use your pedagogical expertise both in the school and in the after-school club (SFO) and help create safe frameworks for children's learning, well-being and sense of belonging?
At Fløng School you will have a varied daily life, where you follow the children through the day. You become an important part of both the teaching and the after-school life and you will have the opportunity to put your own mark on activities and communities.
You follow the children through the day
As a pedagogue with us you work closely with teachers, pedagogues and other professionals to create the best conditions for the children.
In the school you contribute with your pedagogical expertise and help the children participate in the teaching and the community. You are an approachable adult who can create structure, good relationships and safe transitions between the day’s activities. You have an eye for both the individual child’s needs and for the community as a whole.
When the school day ends, you continue in SFO Kæret, where there is room for play, creativity, movement and great experiences together with the children. Here you get the opportunity to create activities that strengthen relationships, curiosity and community.
In SFO Kæret there is room for ideas
We want to create an SFO that the children look forward to being a part of. Therefore there is also room for you to bring your interests and competencies into play.
Perhaps you are interested in sport and movement, creative workshops, music, outdoor life, gaming or something entirely different. The most important thing is that you want to engage with the children and create activities that give them good experiences and a desire to participate.
We have good facilities and attractive outdoor areas that provide many opportunities to work with both joint activities and smaller communities. At the same time, you help create the calm and security that some children need during the day. You meet the children with humor, presence and clarity and see diversity as a strength.
We succeed best when we do it together
At Fløng School and in SFO Kæret collaboration is an important part of everyday life. We believe that children get the best opportunities to develop when the adults around them work closely together and actively use each other’s professionalities.
You will become part of an engaged staff group with good humor, professional curiosity and a shared desire to create good days for the children. We prioritise sparring, knowledge sharing and joint solutions, and you will experience management that is close to everyday practice and cares about both employees and practice.
You get a good start
Whether you are newly qualified or have many years of experience, we make sure you get off to a good start.
You will receive a structured onboarding process, a buddy from day one and ongoing sparring with colleagues and management. We want you to feel welcome quickly and become part of both the professional and social community.
