We are looking for an engaged pedagogue for Gug School and DUS who will help create good conditions for children's wellbeing, development and sense of community in both school and leisure time.

About the position

We believe that children thrive best when they are met with respect, clarity and presence. Therefore we work closely together – across year levels and subject areas – to create the best framework for children's learning and social development.

You will become an important part of both the school and the DUS, where you will work closely with teachers and pedagogues. You will have the opportunity to influence both the school day and the leisure offer with your ideas, your energy and your competences.

With us you are not locked into one role – we are a large school with many opportunities, and there may be opportunities to become part of other year levels and tasks from school year to school year, depending on competences, interests and the school's needs. In this school year you will be attached to 2nd year group as a class pedagogue.

Our DUS is divided into 3 departments

• Kindergarten class building
• The Growth House (1st-2nd year)
• The Community House (3rd-6th year)

Working hours fall within 06:30–17:00 with occasional evening events.

Positions are permanent at 34 hours with a start date 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.
