Hallandsgården Childcare in Ålsgård is seeking an engaged pedagogue for our kindergarten department for the upcoming schoolchildren.

We are looking for a colleague who is enthusiastic about creating safe relationships, inspiring learning environments and strong children's communities. A pedagogue who sees nature as a natural partner in the children’s development, learning and well-being, and who wants to be part of a professional community with high ambitions on behalf of the children.

We work from a child-centric view, where children are regarded as competent and valuable participants in the community. We meet the children with respect, care and recognition and focus on creating inclusive communities where all children feel themselves to be meaningful and part of something larger.

A everyday life with nature, community and experiences

With us at Hallandsgården, nature and outdoor life are an active part of everyday life; we offer all children a daily life characterized by nature, outdoor life and curiosity. Our large nature playground with a bonfire hut, hills, trees and a lake, together with the local environment, frames a wealth of learning and development opportunities.

We are part of the Danish Outdoor Council’s Green Sprouts and we hold The Green Flag as a sign of our strong nature profile. At the same time we are an active part of the local community and use, among other things, the hall, the scout hut and the municipality’s cultural offerings. With our train card we are happy to take trips to the Zoo, Experimentarium and other exciting cultural and learning environments.
