Educator for Hotherdalen – help create the best conditions for children's well-being

Are you passionate about children's well-being, development and communities? Do you want to be part of a day care with high professionalism, strong collegiality and room for both laughter and development? Then you may be our new educator in Hotherdalen.

We are seeking as soon as possible a trained educator for our kindergarten. Do you have experience from the day care sector and perhaps knowledge of Marte Meo, it is an advantage, but most important is your desire to make a difference for the children every day.

We have a particular interest in Marte Meo as an educational tool and work purposefully to strengthen our competencies within the method.

About the position

Hotherdalen consists of three kindergarten rooms and a nursery. We work with open functional rooms, while both children and adults have fixed bases and clear connections.

You will initially be attached to a fixed kindergarten room, where you together with your colleague take joint responsibility for a group of children's well-being, development and learning. At the same time we expect you to see yourself as part of the whole house and contribute to the community across both kindergarten and nursery.
