Are you a pedagogue with a strong view of children? Do you dream of a daily life filled with wonderful children, good colleagues and lots of pedagogical development? Do you see the work in a kindergarten as something absolutely fantastic? Then perhaps it is you we are looking for at Markledets Børnehus. We need a pedagogue from 1 December 2026 for 37 hours per week (fewer hours can be agreed).

You will become part of our fantastic kindergarten, where we currently have 24 lovely children, distributed over 2 groups. We work as one house and therefore you must be able to see yourself in a house where you are passionate about working with children aged 0-6 years.

Who are we?

In Markledets Børnehus we work based on the reinforced pedagogical curriculum – with focus on

• play and learning environments
• the professionals' positioning and role
• relationships between child-adult and child-child
• development of pedagogical practice and play environments
• routines as important learning spaces.

We are in the process of a development program where we work targeted with professional roles and relational competences. All employees are in the process of becoming ICDP-certified, and we also expect that you are willing to be an active part of this development program.

We are 10 employees + students and have 42 children aged 0-6 years as well as 12 children from the nearby asylum center.

• is clear, stable and present – both for children, parents and colleagues.

Markledets Børnehus is part of area Løgumkloster and Toftlund, which also consists of eight branches in Løgumkloster, Ballum, Bedsted, Bredebro, Visby, Øster Højst and Toftlund. We collaborate closely with the municipal day care providers.

Facts about the position

• Start date: 1 December 2026, or as soon as possible.
• Full-time 37 hours per week – but fewer hours can be agreed.
• We conduct ongoing interviews and will remove the advertisement when we have found the right candidate.
