Educator for maternity-leave cover at Krudthuset, Hotherskolen's SFO!

For you, who know that play is not a break from development, but development in itself.

We are seeking an educator for a maternity-leave replacement of 30 hours per week in Krudthuset, Hotherskolen's SFO1.

We are looking for an educator who actively chooses after-school pedagogy. An educator who is focused on play, communities and children's participation opportunities, and who wants to become part of an SFO where we work deliberately to develop our after-school pedagogical practice.

In Krudthuset we are particularly focused on children's leisure life. We see play as an important driving force in children's development, well-being and communities. Therefore we are looking for an educator who sees value in being close to the children, actively participating in their communities and contributing so that all children experience themselves as meaningful participants.

We hope you see yourself as an adult who can support, inspire and facilitate playful communities. An educator who is curious about the children's perspectives, and who has an eye for both the individual child and the group as a whole.

We are keen to develop our after-school pedagogical profile and are curious about our own practice. Therefore we seek a colleague who wants to contribute with professional reflections and actively engage in collaboration with both children, parents and colleagues.

As an educator with us you will also become part of our Spire program. Each year from April 1 we take in upcoming schoolchildren in the Spring SFO, where relationships, security and communities are central.

Hotherskolen's after-school offering consists of two departments: Krudthuset (SFO1) and Fritidsgården (SFO2). The position is primarily attached to Krudthuset, where we work with children in the early school years. We therefore seek an educator who thrives with this age group. At the same time we see ourselves as one integrated SFO, and you should therefore be willing to collaborate across and contribute to the community around all our children.

Practical information

The position is a maternity-leave replacement of 30 hours per week and planned according to annual norms.

Start date 1 December.

The replacement is expected to last until 31 December 2027.
