Educator for music, science and red cheeks in Hadsten's coziest villa

Do you want to work in a small, cozy kindergarten with a big heart, where professionalism thrives in homely surroundings? Then we are ready to welcome you!

In Hadsten Børnehave we love to wonder together with the children. What does a ladybug actually eat? Can a stick float – and why? As our new colleague you step into a dedicated Music- and Science House, where rhythm, singing and scientific curiosity are a fixed part of everyday life. Who are we?

We are a small, self-governing gem with room for 50 children. Our base is a beautiful, classic three-storey patrician villa in eastern Hadsten, where we work age-integrated in two rooms. Outside we have just got a brand-new, nice playground, framed by tall trees and large bushes, inviting to everything from shady summer play to wild expeditions in autumn leaf piles.

Professionalism is our foundation, but the children's perspective is our guide. We work structurally in themes, which are planned so we cover all points in the curriculum and prioritize inclusion and well-being in everything we do. Through strong parental collaboration and flexible practice we create a safe environment, where the goal is clear; Everyone should experience the joy of belonging in a strong community We can offer:

• High professionalism
• Focus on job satisfaction and collegial cooperation
• Opportunity for ongoing competence development
• A common framework and direction for the pedagogical development with a high degree of influence and shared responsibility
• Active, resourceful and engaged parents, where a positive and constructive community is important

We dream of an educator who

• Shows engagement, enthusiasm and energy in the educational work
• Dares to reflect on own and others' practice
• Has a resource-oriented, inclusive and recognizing approach to children and adults
• Is collaborative, initiative-driven and has a sharpened eye for relationship work and attachment
• Is into music, movement and outdoor life and/or the science approach (curiosity together with the children)
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• If you can answer yes to the above, you may be our new colleague.
