Educator for our lower primary and after-school program

About the job - We are looking for you who

• Have an education as pedagogue (pædagog) or equivalent competencies.
• Have knowledge and experience with children with special needs and preferably competencies within neuro-pedagogy or sensorimotor therapy.
• Can create motivation and equal participation opportunities, where you link play and learning.
• Are skilled at building relationships with all children.
• Are present, recognizing and responsible towards children, parents and your colleagues.
• Wish close collaboration around the children through shared reflection on practice and a willingness to try new things when something does not work.
• See opportunities and the common thread in being able to support children in both school and SFO.
• Come with good humor and have a easy smile and laughter.

Terms of employment

Full-time as soon as possible and no later than 1 January 2027. Salary and terms of employment according to agreement and local pay. This is a maternity cover for one year with the possibility of extension.
