About the Fixed Temp Pool East and West

The Center for Handicap has for some time had a fixed temp corps that covers shifts in all of our residential facilities, activity and employment offerings, as well as the housing support area.

Our citizens have very different needs and require lasting support and guidance regarding daily functions such as:

• Social relationships and cognitive support
• Personal hygiene, medicine and meals
• Economy
• Activities and employment

In all departments we work from a structured and appreciative approach, where we place emphasis on relationship work, predictability and development – always based on the individual citizen’s wishes, needs and prerequisites.

You will become part of an interdisciplinary staff group consisting of pedagogues, pedagogical assistants, social- and health assistants and care assistants.

As part of the fixed temp corps you get a unique opportunity to work across several offerings and departments. It means:

• Varying meeting times and workplaces.
• Changing tasks with and without citizens.

• Are educated as a pedagogue and have an interest in the target group
• You have the desire and ability to work based on an individual approach to the citizens

• Have good collaboration skills, are responsible and flexible

• Have good IT skills and can document professionally in writing
• Have a driving license

Center for Handicap

Center for Handicap is a decentralized unit under Social, Psychiatry and Handicap in Lolland Municipality. We provide support and guidance to citizens with special needs. Support is provided in own home, residential facilities, protected employment, activity and social offerings, clubs, and ‘Specially Adapted Youth Education’. The offerings are geographically located throughout Lolland Municipality.

Salary and employment terms

You can expect shifting shifts, as well as every second weekend and public holiday work.

The position is 30-37 hours with start as soon as possible.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local wage formation.

The position is expected to be placed within a total salary range of approximately 33,035.06 – 37,619.93 DKK per month, excl. pension and allowances. In addition pension at 14.95% plus any qualification-, function- and locality supplements.
