Educator for school and after-school care at Tallerupskolen

We are seeking the world's best pedagogue, who is enthusiastic about supporting and guiding students in their learning and development in both school and after-school care (SFO).

This is a permanent position of 32 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027.

Who are we Tallerupskolen is a public school for grades 0-9 located in Tommerup Station Town – only a 12-minute train ride from Odense. The school has nearly 400 students and about 50 pedagogical staff.

We have good physical facilities both indoors and outdoors with ample opportunity to plan a varied day in both school and SFO. We have strong support for our SFO, where about 150 children are enrolled.

As a school pedagogue you are attached to a year group in the early years, and your task is in collaboration with the team to support and guide the students in their learning and development. Much of the work is across year groups, and there are good opportunities for group work, where you as a pedagogue should also contribute learning activities.

In the SFO we work based on the curriculum themes. We work in workshops that the children sign up for, just as we maintain many different traditions. In addition, we have a number of fixed themes, e.g., records, water, Tivoli, role-playing. It is important to us that you are willing to contribute by running workshops.

The SFO team, which consists of pedagogues and teaching assistants, holds monthly team meetings where activities are planned according to the annual calendar and the curriculum themes. In addition, there are some longer development meetings during the year, where relevant topics are focused on, such as the importance of play for children's development.

Salary and employment terms The position is a permanent 32-hour-per-week role. Start on January 1, 2027.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the rules on local salary formation.
