We are looking for an educator who is active, professionally well-founded and wants to become a collaborator in our house and team. You should have the desire and interest in creating relationships with all children from 0-6 years, as we are a small institution that prioritizes that all children have a relationship with all adults.

We are looking for a primary educator for our Forest Elves (Skovtrolde), who are from about 2 years to 3.5 years old; it will be crucial that you can create good relations, structure and the framework for the start of a good early childhood life.

You should be eager to participate in the further development of our outdoor-life and movement profile. A special interest or competence in creating learning environments in nature and on the playground would be an advantage.

Who are we

Daginstitution Lyng is an institution with two departments, Lynghøjen and Snaremosen, with one pedagogical leader. In both departments we receive about 55 children aged 0-6 years, and we adjust the four learning groups according to the children's development level and needs. We currently have four learning groups in each department, with children 0-2 years, 2-4 years, 3-5 years and 4-6 years.

Daginstitution Lyng is part of the Erritsø/Fjordbakke District.

Outdoor Life and Movement Profile

Daginstitution Lyng is located in Erritsø, close to forests and the beach. We have developed an outdoor life and movement profile. We use the learning spaces in our local area and have prioritized the possibility to move out into the local environment every day. Our knowledge and experiences with the differences that exist in the different learning environments are applied to what the children group is interested in and what we assess they need to learn.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.
