At Børnehuset Vandfaldet we are looking for a qualified educator for our nursery.

With us, good pedagogy begins with the relationship. We focus on the child’s perspective, play, regulation, strong child communities and the adult’s importance.

The last 1½ years the entire staff group has been part of a joint quality and competence lift, among other things inspired by Tea Thyrre Sørensen’s neuropsychological and relational perspectives.

We don’t ask only

“Why does the child do that?”

but also

“What is the child trying to tell us – and what can we adults do differently?”

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are set by negotiation within the applicable collective agreement and according to the principles of Ny Løn. Egedal Municipality conducts criminal and child-checks on all newly employed staff.
