Educator for the Spiren Daycare Center

In the day care institution Spiren we are seeking a committed pedagogue for 37 hours per week for a permanent position with start as soon as possible or by agreement.

We are seeking a colleague who can see possibilities rather than limitations and who wishes to make a positive difference for children aged 0-6 years.

We are looking for an educator who

• is passionate about working with children and their development
• is curious, proactive and can create inspiring learning environments
• thrives both indoors and outdoors and is not afraid to get dirt under the nails or smell of campfires
• works in an appreciative and relationship-oriented way
• can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical processes based on the children's group needs
• can take professional leadership and actively contribute to the pedagogical work
• has strong collaboration skills and values good cooperation with both parents and colleagues highly
• can work independently, maintain overview and adapt when everyday life calls for it
• has humor and contributes to a positive working environment.

It is an advantage if you have experience with or knowledge of KRAP as well as documentation and cross-disciplinary efforts, but it is not a requirement.

Salary and employment conditions

In accordance with the current collective agreement between KL and the bargaining authorized organization.

References will be obtained upon appointment.

Criminal record certificate

A criminal record certificate will be obtained upon appointment. The employment is conditional on the certificate having no remarks of significance for carrying out the specific position.

Children's certificate

A child certificate will be obtained upon employment. The employment is conditional on obtaining a child certificate without remarks.

Fredericia Municipality is a tobacco-free workplace.

The position is 37 hours per week. The working hours will be between 6:45 and 16:45 Monday to Thursday and between 6:45 and 16:15 Friday.
