Educator for the Three Social Clubs - Club North

Do you want to make a difference for children and young people – and be part of their everyday life? At Klub Nord we are looking for an engaged pedagogue who wants to be close to the children, create good activities and help develop strong communities. We are looking for a pedagogue for a 35-hour position, who thrives in a daily life where no two days are the same, and where the relationship with the children is one of the most important things we work with.

Who are we?

Klub

Nord is a club offer for children and young people aged 10–17 years. With us there should be room for difference, good ideas, laughter, activities and the conversations that arise when you as an adult are present and genuinely interested in the children.

We work to ensure that our children and young people feel seen, heard and have a place in the community. Therefore relationships and communities are a big part of our pedagogical work.

We believe that children develop when they have the opportunity to try themselves out, take responsibility, have influence and meet adults who can both support, challenge and set clear boundaries.

Working hours are in the period 11:00–20:00, and you must be able to work two evenings a week until 20:00.

Who are we looking for?

We are not looking for one specific type of pedagogue. But we hope that you have energy, initiative and a desire to be with children and young people. It is important for us that you can build relationships and at the same time be a clear adult. You should be eager to initiate activities, but also be able to see the child who may stand a bit in the background and needs help finding their place in the community.

We expect that you

• Are a trained pedagogue.
• Are good at building relationships with children and young people.
• Take initiative and dare to bring your own interests and ideas into play.
• Can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities together with children and colleagues.
• Are curious about the children and interested in what engages them.
• Can be both present, clear and caring.
• Want to contribute to a team where we develop our practice together.

Employment terms

Employment is according to agreement - Pedagogues and untrained club pedagogues in day-care institutions, clubs, etc. The expected starting salary is

DKK 34,789.34

Please note that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
